About Me
I explain vehicle service contracts in plain words so you can decide with a clear head.
Why I Started Reading the Fine Print
My story
A friend once handed me a warranty contract after a shop turned down a repair. The part had failed, the plan looked solid, and still the answer was no. Reading it line by line, I found the clause that decided everything, tucked away on a back page.
That moment stuck with me. Most drivers never get a straight walkthrough of what they are buying, so I set out to give one. I read the terms, flag the gaps and explain them without a sales pitch.
I do not repair cars and I do not push a single provider. My job is to make the paperwork make sense, so the decision stays with you.
A plan is only as strong as the clause nobody bothered to read.
How I Approach Every Contract
What guides me
I treat every plan the same way, whatever it costs: read it slowly, explain it plainly and leave the choice where it belongs.
Plain Words First
If a term needs a dictionary, I translate it. You should never nod along to a sentence you do not understand.
Gaps Get Named
I point out what a plan leaves out as clearly as what it covers, because the missing parts are where surprises live.
Your Pace, Your Choice
There is no countdown and no pressure from me. Take notes, sleep on it and come back with questions whenever you like.

Owners Past the Factory Term
Your original warranty just ran out and you want to know whether extended protection is worth a closer look.
Drivers With Older Cars
More miles often means a shorter parts list. I help you see which plans still accept your vehicle and what they keep.
Commuters Who Rely on One Car
When a breakdown means missing work, knowing the claim steps ahead of time takes a lot of worry off the table.
Households Comparing Offers
Two quotes can look alike and read very differently. I lay them next to each other so the real differences show.
Before You Sign Anything
My checklist
These are the questions I work through with every driver. Bring them to any provider, whether or not you work with me.
