These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the FixAutoZone website and any account, form or message connected to it. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting information, a visitor agrees to be bound by these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.
FixAutoZone provides general educational information about auto warranty plans and vehicle service contracts. The site explains plan styles, common coverage terms and exclusions so visitors can review options with more confidence.
FixAutoZone is not an insurer, a warranty administrator or a repair facility. It does not issue contracts, approve claims or perform vehicle repairs. Any plan is offered and administered by its own provider under that provider’s terms.
The site is intended for residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state. By using the site, a visitor confirms that these conditions are met and that the information supplied is accurate.
Some features require an account. Account holders agree to:
FixAutoZone may suspend or close an account that appears to be inaccurate, misused or used in violation of these terms.
Visitors who opt in at signup may receive text messages from FixAutoZone. Service messages relate to an inquiry or account, while marketing messages share plan information and offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Content on the site is general in nature and is offered for education only. It is not legal, financial or mechanical advice, and it may not reflect the exact terms of any specific contract. Visitors should always read the full contract from a provider and confirm details directly before making a decision.
When using the site, visitors agree not to:
The site may reference or link to outside providers and websites. FixAutoZone does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, contracts, pricing or practices. Any agreement made with a provider is solely between the visitor and that provider.
All text, graphics, logos and layouts on the site belong to FixAutoZone or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Visitors may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only.
The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. FixAutoZone makes no promise that information is complete, current or free of errors, and it does not guarantee any outcome related to a warranty plan, claim or repair.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixAutoZone is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, reliance on its content or dealings with any third party provider.
Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where a claim qualifies for small claims court. Disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class or group action. Visitors who do not agree with this provision should not use the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
FixAutoZone may update these terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
